I've been having this problem for a while now and I've finally decided to find the answer. When I download something with Tixati, I often can't move the file or folder from the download location folder nor can I modify it in any way. I simply get errors saying the file is currently in use. I don't know how this can be the case as it happens with files that I'm not seeding and it happens even if I turn Tixati off. It seems to randomly go away if I move or modify files/folders other than the one I want to modify first then try again, which makes no sense to me whatsoever.

I'm using Windows 7 and I have the newest version of Tixati. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
