Is download speed capped? If not, is there a way to improve my rate to use more of my bandwidth?
My Inet connection is capable of downloading at nearly 1900Kps, but the most I've ever achieved from ANY connection is around 630Kps.
This was fine when I actually *had* a 6Gbit connection, but now that I have a 24Gbit connection, I expect better. :/
What must I change to take full advantage of my added bandwidth? Thx.
