When I start Tixati using Windows 8, it comes on then says, (Not Responding). It seems to lock up. It used to work fine. Any suggestions?

I am experiencing the same problem.  It will start to download and may even finish but totally hangs and cannot even kill it with Task Manager.  can still do other things on the computer.  I reloaded Tixati 1.96 but made no difference.  Just started happening in last week or so.  Perhaps a Windows update has created a problem?

for processes taskmanger won't kill, try the terminator command in taskinfo by iarsn

taskinfo is an excellent utility - been using it for over a decade in trojan detection work as it finds processes running that may not be indicated or identified easily with M$ taskmanager.
