When I try to initiate Tixiati using Windows 8, it comes on then says, (Not Responding).  It used to work fine.  Any suggestions?

Sounds like file corruption on your computer. Check if it's not blocked by your security software, and it it's not that, then reinstall, I guess.

I'd rename the config folder first. Then rerun the app - default values should be rewritten. App data does often not get uninstalled when the program is.
