I am unable to open some magnet links (manually) and there is no integration with my web browsers (when I enter link into browser).

Be a nit more specific. If you meant you can't open magnet links from your browser then go to(assuming you are using firefox) Firefox>Options>Applications.There on the magnet links tab choose tixati as default

If you meant you can't search magnet links on your browser then you can do that by removing magnet:?xt=urn:btih:  from your search.Then your browser can search with the perticular 16 bit hash id
