I assume you mean downloaded from you?
I don't think there is any way to determine how many total downloads there since the swarm is providing the packets, not just you.
But the torrent ratio gives a representation of your cumulative contribution in relative terms.
The ratio though does not equate to the number of full copies as you can get a ratio of 10 or more without even having a full complete torrent yourself.
