First, tells me offline and I had to do a re start.
Everything worked fine BUT
now 1/3RD OF THE TORRENTS ON STANDBY????????

Online/ OFFline means START-or-STOP
Standby is a status from your QUEUE settings.
It is not currently running, but will be once your settings are followed and the downloads change/churn
