Hello,

I have problems with seeding.. Tixati seeding always only for approx 30 min then it stop seeding.. If I completely restart Tixati, the client seeding again for only 30 min..etc.. etc.. etc..

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

PS: I am Ubuntu user with firewall off!

Need more info. Unfortunately I can't help you with setup of Linux. HOWEVER if you're using the native Linux binary or Win64 version may help.
Start with, version-architecture (x32 or x64) and maybe what happens when you connect to those linux ISOs. Is the graph for bandwidth straight across (consistent), or maybe there are "humps", i.e. you go up from 100-> 1000 then back down to 100...
