As title says, the force check feature doesn't do anything.

I occasionally reload old torrents to seed again, and I would add the torrent file to tixati and then do a force check and the program would find all the pieces and then seed.

The force check feature doesn't work now. I need to hit start after adding a torrent file for a completed torrent, and that serves the same function as the force check.

The ability for offline force check is needed

Wat is the offline force check? You can error out silently if you turn on the error when file path not found (usually for MOVED files)
