Is the comments tab for adding information to seeded or seeding torrents? I would like to know how to add useful information, such as content, or language of a video file for example so that people know what they are downloading. Recently I downloaded a video that was rar'd, and when unrar'd had a .exe extension, with no information how to actually extract the video. I think it would be useful to warn downloaders of things like this, and I presume this is what the comments tab is for. Is this correct, and if so how do I use it correctly? Thanks for your support.

commend are saved into torrent file, if you want others to read them, they need to download your torrent file, eq you have to upload in to tracker, meaning you have to be initial uploader

There was a removed feature of uTorrent swarms and therefore pinned in DHT... "comment" and "RATINGS".. You would have to search for it in those instances. And not update past the version where the coders removed access to that feature
To avoid instances like that I only download stuff I NEED from legit source, and don't use the public scraping mechanisms for rogue file injection.
OR just add a comment where I download after I put in the INFOHASH for the file.
