I updated Tixati to 2.49 days ago, download speed became very slow, and I realize there is no incoming connection.

So I start a quick test, for test convenience, I used two portable version: 2.48 and 2.49

Same configuration, Same torrents.

Running 2.49 for 3 minutes, there is no incoming connection, find few peers.

Running 2.48 for 3 minutes, I get lots of incoming connection and many peers.

problem occurring for me, ubuntu 16.04, tixati 2.49

its already know 2.49 is bugged, just use 2.48

usually we get hotfixes right after release, but this time, it looks like devs are already on holidays, so i would not expect fix till next year :)

You cannot run two instances of Tixati on the same port.
Did you forward the new port in your router or other hardware firewall? Did you do the same for your security software, firewall on the computer?
Like poster 2 says they list their OS.
Unfortunately I have used the 2.49 Win x64 and have not experienced the described.
When you upgrade tixati, do you re-affirm the rules for your software? Do you make sure the port and NAT-PMP settings are the same?
Have been trying to think of other possible causes for others.

My OS is Win10 X64.

Before test, I double checked the router config and confirmed the port forward /UPNP status is OK.

And I launch one version after another totally closed, so I think the router is unrelated to this.

Never before experienced problems but always a first time even from such a  superb app as Tixati.

I have dowloaded V2.47 which was an excellent  version and I was getting very fast downloads and good seeding results too.

Hopefully this will solve the current problem,and when the V 2.49 cure has been proved to work I'll update(perhaps) again.
