THere's a problem when many torrents are being scanned/initialized.  If the torrent is started then the downloading begins immediately, even before scanning/initialization is complete.  The torrent can even finish downloading and move to seeding, but when the files are checked, the torrent returns to zero bytes downloaded. The fix would be to wait until initialization of files are complete before downloading.

I cannot download while initializing (this is especially annoying for those small XX byte .txt files)... what version / OS are you using??
To be clear the data is complete but Tixati doesn't recognize it because the file has been moved?
Could you give an example like INCOMPLETE c:\data\inc --> COMPLETE c:\complete --> FINISHED z:\done\yay\
