Extremely Low Seeding after System Refreshed

Hello Everyone,

First I admit I am not in any way well informed about torrenting. I use PIA, normally through a Canadian server. My upload speed is between 3.56 - 5.00, sometimes as high as 9.00 Mbps depending on the day and time. I have a cable ISP, the modem/router combo was provided by the company.

I had to do a system refresh, my laptop automatically upgraded to Windows 10 and it caused a blue screen crash.

Now that I've downloaded Tixati again, my files won't seed. I tried following the optimization steps but it does not seem to help. Several of my previous downloads status says "100 Complete - Offline" (these are mostly audiobooks).

The most recent downloads, including a very highly seeded and leeched cd say "100 Seeding 0 (88) 1 (2)" or "100 Seeding (0) 43 (0) (0)" the numbers in parenthesis change to 1 or 2 occasionally but go back to zero. I left it seeding overnight and now the ratio is only .07 and .02.

Other downloads have similar "100 Seeding" numbers, they have been seeding for "5 days, 11 hours" but only .78 - .85 ratios.

I'm not sure what other info to give. At the bottom of Tixati is says "0 Downloading 1 Seeding In: 0.02 KB/s Out: 0.03 KB/s (79KB/s) DHT Port Unconfirmed.

Someone please help. I'm not a leecher and I want to be able to give back more than I take.

In the HOME tab are there any errors?
In a sample working transfer (use a fedora download) under EVENT LOG are there any errors?

You mention DHT unconfirmed? Is this with a manual port forward from your router, or do you use Tixati setting for NAT/PMP ??
If you know how to use command windows these are three lines i ALWAYS use to check if my ISP FUBAR my connection/modem.
ping 192.168.0.1 (or 192.168.1.1 depending on your LAN IP)
ping 192.168.100.1 (or your modem IP address)
ping www.google.com

The First line checks your connection INSIDE the lan. among all your computers.
The Second line checks your ISP modem connection (if it froze or was compromised from mirai usually this hangs here with "100% failed" messages)
The third line checks if your ISP decided to forcibly reset/ null route your DNS which is the backbone of many torrent swarms (trackers).

You can check based on TCP/UDP also but that's a bigger issue.

FIRST THINGS first, can you get any upload on a leech (download) heavy swarm??
Second, should you have any issues with the DHT port (maybe you didn't re-enable the windows firewall exception, OR in your security software)?? I usually refresh my rule
a) on each upgrade of Tixati, just because. Many times software uses HASH to verify the program
b) if i install any other security software which may interact

Aside from those main instructions have you done through the https://www.tixati.com/optimize/  guide to see??
Please reply below with more information or requests about specific usage or settings :D
