Streaming MP3 files, Tixati (assumed) seems to have a problem switching between 44.1KHz and 48KHz frequencies with some players (Winamp, VLC, Groove Music).  If a track switches from 44.1KHz to 48KHz the player often tries to play back the 48KHz file at 44.1KHz (slow) or vice versa (fast) causing buffering problems.  Sometimes the player won't play back the audio stream at all after a change resulting in silence.
