How do I contact tixati
I wanted to suggest that the makers of tixati add a "pause" function like other torrent clients have. This function would allow a torrent to look for and ether connect and not download/upload or it would not connect at all but merely observe other peers/seeds

Pause - partial seeding - can be accompanied by going to FILES and clicking green check (right click -> Priority -> OFF)
While in the QUEUE (blue status) you are not downloading or uploading.

Changing file priorities is not convenient.
