Main tixati window "stuck" everything else works

Using 2.47 on Win 8.1 x64
I have a feeling this is related to RAM usage but I just need to know what information I can gather to help for the next person.
I run ~4K transfers which uses 1280MB of RAM on a 4 GB RAM machine.

Sometime after starting my modem "froze" and had to reboot. But in the meantime, I can only see the main TRANSFERs view in Tixati's main window. If i minimize and then refresh it updates after about a minute.
I can still chat, and upload, because I had already made separate windows. I have already tried systray icon -> right click -> Layout -> reset windows...I think that operation took on upwards of 5 min because of paging to disk.

Just wondering if Help -> Diagnostics would reveal anything and where to post the log. Of note there is no CPU or disk resources problem afaik. This just seems to be a "stuck" state due to the RAM requirements of Tixati.

I was able to get back on the affected machine.
Instead of sending 800 KiB of logs, (I think i hit all 9  diag windows) I packed it and uploaded it
(downloaded, removed and sent to devs)
for moderators or dev interested. Please let me know when I can delete the file :)

If it means anything, "auto limit" broke shortly after the net disconnected. So This thing is chugging along at a set low low value. bye bye channels leeching too much bandwidth.
