Checked my RSS feeds this morning (updated to 2.45 last night).

Each feed is indicating in the log as network unreachable (10051)

I checked the homepage that I use and all networks that I use are reachable via web page and I double checked URL's and they are the same (they didn't change, which was my initial thought).

I've stopped and started the feeds.  Still reads as unreachable

I've even deleted the url and replaced the url and still unreachable

I created several new feeds and all are unreachable.

Are you running through a proxy? Did you have to make an AV/security/router exception for the last version of Tix?
