Locked out

I have a padlock on each file I'm trying to download and o incoming tried to look thru forum and got lost.  Only recent thing I have done is a win10 update.  This was working before that what gives?

you have got a bunch of private torrents.

the lock means that DHT and PEX will not be used for this transfer

maybe try and find other torrents of what you want.
