start with modifier (maybe right click menu?) to move transfer the top or bottom of queued/active usable also in load transfer dialog

something like:

start - active - top
     - queued - top
              - bottom

default action still start - queued - bottom

plus feature to requeue last active transfer if more than slots

... I know magnet: links queue because you have no data (yet).
Can't you click "start now" in the load window? I turn mine off due to gfx issues.
