Trackers are showing up instead of torrents on the transfers section:

Switching the view type corrects the problem, but after a while it happens again.

I am using 2.44-a6, on Windows 10 x64

when this starts, are you downloading, seeding, offline etc..?

did this happen with any previous version of the alpha?

Thanks for letting us know about this.  I'll have a close look at the code tomorrow and see if I can figure this out.

In the meantime, it would help immensely if you could export your UI settings and email the .tixaticonfig file to support@tixati.com or post a link in here.

You can export to a .tixaticonfig file by going into Settings > Import/Export, then click Export Configuration To File, and then check off only "UI Element Sizing, Position Sorting".

If anyone else finds this problem, please chime in...

Can anyone else figure out how to recreate this?  This is a very very strange problem, and I'm not seeing any obvious problems in the code, yet.

I have a few more questions that might help us narrow it down:


About how long does it take for it to happen again?  A few minutes?  An hour or two?  Longer?

Does this happen in 2.43?  Any of the previous 2.44 alphas?

When this happens, are you downloading, seeding, offline etc..?

If, when all the trackers are showing, you don't reset the view and instead just close and restart the program, everything reloads OK?

Experiment: What happens if you close the program, go into C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Tixati and temporarily remove uisettings2.dat from the folder, and then restart Tixati?  This will reset all UI settings to defaults, I wonder if this problem will still happen in that case.  If you could email the uisettings2.dat file to support@tixati.com we can look for anything unusual in the window settings etc.
