Files keeps going in standby even if i do nothing
Why?

Properties -> Options -> Seeding -> Constant Seeding / Queued Seeding
This option allows you to choose to avoid the upload/download rules for max # of transfers concurrently running.
When you have more than the upload slots running, the extras go to STANDBY.
