Basically only shows download prompt when the item is about to be located in uncategorized category.

I'm a nitpicky guy and likes to make my torrent folder organized with categories while at the same time doesn't want to deal with the download dialogues everytime just to make sure everything is categorized.

Most of my downloads automatically enters into categories I set and so I turned off location prompt, but every so often once or twice things just enter Uncategorized category because it's outside my predefined set of rules of categories, and I often forgot i have downloaded that item because Uncategorized folder often gets cluttered by many things that I'm too lazy to deal with or do not want to make a category just for that one unique item.

I think this can be a useful feature to have to us silent lurkers and downloader/seeder.
