Where Download Default & Category Paths stored & to Edit them?

I'm trying to convert Normal Tixati Install (Not sure how/ where it stores paths) to Portable (said to store paths Relative to Tixati_Portable folder).

I have lot of Categories and Paths in use and we that need to be mapped from normal Tixati to Portable Tixati.

Need to have some Clarity on the Path Storage locations & Absolute/ Relative mechanisms? And how could we manually EDIT those fields.

From the Settings page
select "Transferts" then "Location"
on the dialog page you have the default download location
