I have been using AirVPN and Tixati for some time. More recently however I have started to get an intermittent problem where I start Tixati and several minutes in the VPN connection terminates and re-attempts a connection. AirVPN then attempts reconnects continually.

The problem only appears when the VPN is connected and Tixati is started ie. Tixati works without VPN and VPN without Tixati.

I do not want to move away from Tixati (yep donated too) or AirVPN as I like both products.

Any help would be appreciated

maybe somebody tries to flood you with bad/wrongly-fragmented packets because you are downloading/seeding specific torrent?
1) change port
2) change dht id
3) remove all trackers from your torrents
4) clean dht by removing dht2.dat
5) stop all old torrents

VPN may be overloading and disconnecting due to your settings.
A very high incoming or high and continuous rate of new outgoing connection attempts may be to blame as well.
