I have a 250gb torrent downloading with about 5k files in it, not in folders. Using the Pop-down-Arrow to display in-line in the transfers window - The GUI does display the files in the window that can be scrolled 50 miles, but if left open during download it eventually freezes (and never unfreezes). Granted 5k files in the in-line view is ridiculously excessive and rare so I wouldn't expect it to be fixed or a priority.
