I'm getting a popup "Error Loading Config File" with "Error code 4", the problem file is core2.dat

This is windows x64.  I tried with stable version and with tixati-2.44-a1.win-64bit with the same result.

The disk has plenty of space.  I retry a couple of times then I revert all of the interim torrents are lost.  It happens every time.  Any ideas?

I'll also note that my core2.dat file is 4.2GB in size.

how is yours so huge?

I have about 50k in the "completed" category and 12k "offline".  Is it good practice to get rid of them?  I think it helps to avoid duplicates.

i have a problem opening the programme, it is showing me an error 4 - dht2.dat, I have tried the options listed and got nothing, what is the solution?

Before you keep restarting the Tixati, stop, upgrade to 2.49 for the new backup option. Backup your current .dat files. (Before opening you can open your ~\.Tixati folder or %SYSTEM_DRIVE%\%USER_FOLDER% )
Then you can try clearing (deleting) the affected file. If there is an issue you can just restore the 1 file.
Did anything about your setup change? New security software? New Tixati version?
Are you usually running Tixati installed or portable? This would be in the loading screen and titlebar of the running tixati (ex: I use Tixati x64 portable 2.49)
