Trying to limit how much I download so I don't download many files at once and take forever to get even one finished, but the setting for the download slots doesn't work. I have maximum number of 5 download slots and 3 upload slots, where I am downloading 17 files atm and uploading 3. Using 2.43, maybe it's a known bug? Not sure what to search on to find already posted question about it. EDIT: I just changed it to 18 to see if I could change it back to 17 but now it's stuck at downloading 18. I can increase slots but not decrease, it seems.

do you have the 'upload/download manage slots' on?  somewhere in settings.

also, if you set your downloading slots to 7 and then down to 6, one of your torrents wont stop but it wont start a new on until it would be starting a sixth torrent. if you stop all you torrents and then restart them, you will downloading 6 instead of 7.
