Hi

There should a setting which starts downloading files if it find the network activity is low and system has been left idle for certain period of time.

For me it could be very helpful because i remain busy and sometimes i forget to start downloading torrents while i had to leave the computer.  Later when i return after some time i notice that i hadn't started the download. That leads to loss of internet bandwidth and time.

So this feature will help me and some others people to great extent.
