Channel time mismatch proplem

hi i can't connect to any channel i'm getting time mismatch problem
my pc time is correctly set according to this website

make sure your time zone is correct.
look in the connections tab of the channels and what does your offset column display?

is this "offset" number documented somewhere what does it mean??
i'm using linux opensuse 12.1 leap x86-64 gnome 3.16.2 tixati-2.43-1.x86_64

it looks like you are an hour off. 3600 seconds is 1 hour. make sure your time zone is correct

Probably because of the daylight time savings settings?
