for the past week or so my rss feed has not been downloading automatically have no idea why but it works fine in another client ive been through the settings a 100 times... the url im using  (private url forwarded to developers)

Opening the URL you provided in a Firefox web browser shows a completely blank feed.  There are no files in that feed.

There's not much that can be done about that, unless your feed now requires special cookies or other authentication tokens in the URL.

ALL RSS FEEDS can be opened in a web browser.  Try it sometime.  And if yours is blank in the browser, then your feed is broken.  Period.
