I've tried uninstalling and installing again but nothing is working. I have 64bit Windows 10, I've downloaded the version for 64bit OS, but Tixati just keeps freezing on me and it won't work. And if I force close, when I start it up again, all downloads are lost, it's as if nothing has been downloading/seeding, it's just empty. It's been happening with a few versions now. I was hoping some update would fix this more than annoying bug, but noting. Please HELP

I use win7 64bit

how long are you running before it starts freezing?

how many torrents do you have in the program? what is their status (downloading, seeding, standby, queued)? are they active?

are you connected to any channels? are they large channels or channels that stream?

look at the diagnostic graphs, they are under help->diagnostics.

are you sending in crash reports? thats the best thing to do.

try the newest alpha and see if this is still happening.
