Is it possible to import settings and transfers from a portable installation to a new Windows installation? If so, how?

I asked for the reverse. It would be great if the Mods/ Dev can just outline a HOW TO. That would be great.

Can someone please guide on this? Preferably the Dev who understands the SLIGHT difference between both so could point out and recommend how we may go about it.
