I have seen this problem mentioned so many times on the forums but no solution yet! I adore Tixati (i have v2.42 x64). It just would not go into standby after a download! Some people have said that there is a software that is preventing it to go into standby. i turned everything possible to off and still nothing.

I find this very strange as utorrent version 2.2.1 (390KB software which is 5 year old) gets the PC to standby easily when the PC is fully loaded with all software! So,  have to use utorrent each time when i need the auto system suspend. Anyone have a good solution for this? Thanks.
