Although in Tixati now you can enable notifications independently, they only show when tray icon is enabled.
Given that Windows 10 doesn't have balloons and all notifications look the same, is possible to enable notifications without enabling the tray icon?
Can Windows 7 show notifications without a tray icon? If that is possible I think that the notifications setting should behave independently regardless of the tray icon setting.
