Tixati v2.38 x64 portable Windows

Long story how I found this out but won't relate it here (not necessary).

Iblocklist site has now made all it's block-lists subscription only. I have had for some time being using Iblocklist block-lists in Tixati. Since this subscription only thing Tixati still attempts to do an update of the block-lists. The problem is that Tixati does not inform the user that the attempt to update the block-lists has failed.

This is actually a fairly serious issue. Tixati, please, please, please code things so that if a block-list update fails (for whatever reason) the user is alerted to this fact.
