Hello, since yesterday I'm getting the error shown in this image http://i.imgur.com/Nh1wf2O.png,  in the second part it's written "Impossible to execute the request due to a device error". I've tried with various torrents and I get the same reason, I tried changing path to another hdd and the error disappears, so I guess it's not Tixati's fault.

Still, may I know what could be the cause of the error and how to fix it? I didn't really do anything this week that could have somehow be the cause of the problem. Is the hdd just plain phisically dying?

Is that a regular HDD, or a mobile or network device ? Perhaps it could be something with the way the device communicates with your OS file system, or something that interferes with write permissions on it ? Even a security suit could cause this. I would start there.
