I was downloading great while I had the version 2.34 but now that I updated to the 2.38 all movies I have tried to download will not download. Can you help me?

There is no immediate reason why upgrading from one version to the other would cause your transfers to fail.

Maybe you need to reconfigure your firewall/router to open permissions and forward ports for the new version ? That's one possible cause.
