2.38 Using 'move on completion' setting.  

Files/folder remain in download location instead of moving, if the seeding ratio was exceeded before the torrent completes.

Thank you the alpha does seem to have fixed this.

However, I have a new issue.

In the alpha, torrents are not stopping at completion, when the seeding ratio is exceeded before completion.  They are staying in seeding status but are not seeding.  When I stop them manually the status changes to seeding ratio exceeded.

that should be fixed in the next alpha.
