The IP Filter for Tixati on Windows 10 64-bit appears to download and install filters without issue, in my case it's bluetack level 1 from iblocklist.com, however it doesn't seem to be dropping any matches because the numbers under "Matches" stay at 0 apiece.

Using Tixati on a Linux machine, namely Ubuntu MATE with the exact same filter list, it does appear to detect and drop matches because the numbers change under "Matches".

Which one is correct?
