Double clicking an item in my list takes me to the download directory.  But in 2.38 double clicking on an item that is not within it's own subdirectory does nothing.
If you right-click the item and scroll to "Local Files", the "Open Folder" option is greyed out.

This possibly has something to do with the new "Auto-Select File Size Threshold" option.  With this option selected and when you download a torrent which contains say three files and only one is selected (assuming that only one was selected in this case), that file now does not go into a subdirectory, where if more than the one file was selected, it would have been placed in a subdirectory.

I have not tested, but possibly also affected is if you don't enable the "Auto-Select File Size Threshold" option and manually select one file in the torrent to download.  This is what I usually would do.  But I have not checked if this way is affected or not.  Easy check none-the-less.
