I have been trying to load through Software Center. Does not work in Ubuntu 16.04. Can someone give me the ppa so I can use sudo apt-get-install.

If installed use the check for updates and install with gdebi.
Otherwise download then install with gdebi.

This tool is worth some TLC

PPA makes sense. Latest version 3.21 won't install on Ubuntu 23.10 because dependency issues.
