All i see in my display is an estimated time frame for completion, which if often zeroed out.  I'd like to know what percentage of my seeding limit (3X download) has been completed.  For one thing, it would help me better manage the timing/usage of my VPN, which I need to anonymize my torrent uploading.   VPN use, however, is precluded by Netflix, which I also use.

Go to Layout --> Select Columns...
Check the UL Ratio checkbox
Check the Stop Ratio checkbox

It's not a percentage, but it does show the upload ratio directly. I think this is as close to what you want that already exists in the program.

If you really need a percentage, use your brain to divide UL Ratio by Stop Ratio.
