re: getting bad message

by carsmile2 on 2016/03/05 04:34:06 PM
Sorry but couldn't find anything else on subject at moment. Anyway, I get a red (believe its Microsoft) message which says "The signature of tixati -2.34.1.win64-install.exe is corrupt or invalid" so I guess I have no choice but to delete.  I'm can generally get thru computer problems but it certainly takes a while and I don't need any further problems.  Love the product tho and this the first time I've ever had a problem.  I'm still on Windows 8.0, 64-bit and yes, unfortunately still using that Microsoft internet explorer (well not for regular surfing, just for things like windows updates, etc or things that I've been using it as the default since windows 8, which should give you another example of my level of compute tech.  Thanks.  Tim

try downloading it with different browser, just not microsoft browser.

Read here for some help:

Especially this part:
With the windows installer, right click on the download and click "Properties"

Then go to the Digital Signatures tab. the name of signer is Tixati Software Inc.
Highlight (select) that and click the details button. From there you can click the View Certificate buttom and by selecting the Countersignatures and clicking that Details button glean more info to hopefully satisfy you of its validity.
