hello, is there any way to modify trackers when loading file/magnet?

i'd like, for example
1) remove all *.cn trackers (they are too slow behind great china wall)
2) leave only *.de , *.fr trackers
3) remove all trackers

there is some regexp stuff inside settings, but i cant figure out how to use it. thanks.
