I am unable to download anything and I am trying out the help option. I am trying to see if there is a problem with the broad band being locked and I am following the steps but it is telling me to hit change on the incoming port number but there is no change button on my settings.

As for most programs, the documentation doesn't keep up with development.

the image and information on http://support.tixati.com/settings%20-%20network%20-%20incoming%20ports  is outdated and does not match the current versions. However, this change should be intuitive. There is no change button because you can now simply edit the port number directly in the Network/Incoming Ports dialog.

Ahh thanks. I am not computer savy at all so I usually get walked through without thinking about it. I will try now.
