I have a huge file to be downloaded. Its 93% complete. I had paused the file. But whenever I try to resume the downloading, the status says "Unable to open file: Access is denied (5)".
I have disabled the antivirus protection. I also tried rebooting the PC.
It keeps saying the same thing. Please help.
Any advice is appreciated.
