the ability to select a drive other then C: is not available

by jetpacksam on 2016/02/20 06:00:36 AM
I want to designate a non-os hard drive as the home for my files. There is no option to do so in either the 32 or 64 bit versions.
I love Tixati but this is a complete deal breaker for me and has been an issue for a while now, at least for me.
Anyone know of a solution?

did you miss the Change button on your image? Clicking that allows you to set the default to any other drive/folder you wish.

see also:  http://support.tixati.com/settings%20-%20transfers%20-%20local%20files  though the image and info there is outdated.

Settings/Transfers/Locations is the new place to set this up if you are using a recent version since this was changed.

You can also move all your existing torrents off of your OS drive with Select torrent(s) then right click to Local Files/Locations/Move  http://support.tixati.com/transfers%20view

Please disregard.
I had forgotten that I had hidden prepopulated items in W7 and that locked out Tixati "seeing" them. After removing them from the registry, uninstalling Tixati, rebooting, reinstalling Tixati, I was able to set it up correctly.

I sincerely apologize for bugging you Bugmagnet.
