I downloaded the 2.34 deb file, and used Gdebi installer, it gave error "Software index is broken", but my apt-get is working ok.
So I used dpkg - tixati_2.34-1_i686.deb and it installed with the following warnings.

sudo dpkg -i tixati_2.34-1_i686.deb

I use Antix mx15 distro which is based on debian Wheezy, stable.
Previously I never had this problem.

When I run this from command line, the following warning appears, it still works ok.

1) Perhaps you may check deb package is compatible with debian (sometimes it may be made to be compatible with Ubuntu).
2) gtk-icon cache, or the above gtk_scrolled errors are warnings, it still works good. In case, if you update the package you may correct this warning as well.

I am into testing tixati_2.34 it works so far fantastic.
