on default setting, if the upper downloads have no-seed/low speed does Tixati moves on to next items on queue?
I switched from uTorrent and I can tell my download volume been reduced by at least half and I think this is the problem.

its not ON by default, go to Transfer->General and enable Auto-manage Downloads
