Tixati 2.33 initiate UDP Connections with TCP Only selected

Tixati Settings/ Connections

I select TCP Only for both Outgoing/Incoming Peer connections Protocol and Tixati still initiate outgoing UDP connexions.

Problem was there with Tixati 2.31

Tixati x64 on Win 7 x64
